The first time I heard about Garcinia Cambogia was in one of the TV commercial of the famous Dr. Oz followed by when we visited one of our herbal supplements dealer store.  She was selling it there and for marketing she handed us a flier which briefly discussed the benefits of taking Garcinia Cambogia.  From then on my curiosity about the said natural weight loss was stirred.  Someone even offered us to try the product but my husband and I decided to declined it since we were in our midst of our pregnancy to our first born.  On my husband part, it was okay with him trying it but for me I was being legalistically-strict in using products that I don't even have a thorough knowledge mostly dietary pills.   Before I had a negative connotation towards dietary products, for me anything about it is a drug that will not do anything good in the body.
